"Hakata Hanamidori" originates from Fukuoka, Japan, in 1949. It is a restaurant that specializes in Japanese regional cuisine, with branches across Japan, making it a must-visit for many tourists in Japan. Its most famous offerings include the home-produced Hanamidori chicken and special soup base, which are unforgettable once tried.


- Made with premium Japanese bonito flakes and kombu to create traditional dashi broth.
- Light in flavor, suitable for pairing with any ingredients to enhance their deliciousness.
- Ideal for use as a hot pot base, in stir-frying, cooking dishes, Japanese soup dumplings, soup base, for udon, ramen, etc.


Recommended usage:
1. Shake the broth well and pour it into a pot to heat; add meat or fish once boiling.
2. After boiling again, reduce to medium heat and add vegetables, tofu, and other ingredients to cook before enjoying.
3. After eating, you can add noodles or rice.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (produced in Japan), sugar, bonito flakes, kombu/flavoring (amino acids, etc.), (contains wheat, soybeans).



*The fats in the packaging may solidify and turn white after cooling, but this is not a quality issue and is safe to consume.
