Warranty

Authorized Goods:
The designated agent provides maintenance and warranty period (for details, please refer to the product text).
It can be maintained by our company pass to the agent, but the process takes time, please wait patiently.

Parallel Goods:
Generally, there is a seven-day shopping guarantee, unless there is an extra warranty period (for details, please refer to the product text).
The maintenance is carried out by our company, and you need to bring your own products to the store for inspection (it takes 7 working days).
The scope of warranty includes inspection, repair and parts costs.

Does not include man-made problems:

such as: the product has obvious impacts, breaks, cracks, liquid penetration, unauthorized software or hardware and screen problems, and will not provide maintenance for the product.
For maintenance, it is necessary to provide valid purchase receipts or certification documents, and to retain the original product packaging, accessories, warranty (if any) or labels (if any), etc., if not provided, the company has the right not to carry out the product maintenance.
